Responsibilities

• Planning and further development of the IT infrastructure
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the entire Microsoft environment
• Responsibility for projects of various kinds (migrations, conception, optimization, etc.)
• Developing concepts for the optimization of processes and the existing system landscape
• Maintaining and expanding the documentation
• Interface between suppliers, business partners, and superiors

Profile

• Completed IT training or relevant further education
• Experience in the mentioned areas
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Sound knowledge in project management and process optimization
• Sound business knowledge, ideally underpinned by an ITIL certification
• German negotiation level, English fluent
