• Realize and operate IT infrastructures for our customers
• Implement Move, Add & Change services
• Support Managed Services solutions
• Take over IT projects
• Support the Sales & Presales team in technical matters
• Take over 2nd and 3rd Level Support
• Create and update documentation
• Create solution concepts and system architectures

What makes you stand out.

• A technical basic training and further education in the field of IT, electrical engineering or similar (Technikerschule, HF, FH) with at least 5 years of professional experience
• In-depth experience in the areas of Microsoft 365 and Workplace
• Manufacturer certifications at Microsoft Certified Expert level
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• High motivation and customer and service orientation
• Willingness for on-call duty
• Good German and English skills
• Driver's license category B
