Senior System Engineer (Microsoft Intune & hybride Umgebungen)

About

Our "Workplace Platforms" department is responsible for the engineering and operation of the city's IT office workplaces for over 19,000 users, including the BYOD environment for around 6,500 iOS, Android, and Windows devices. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Senior System Engineer (Microsoft Intune & Hybrid Environments).

In this key role, you will take responsibility for the holistic planning, implementation, and support of modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• You will take end-to-end responsibility for the conception, planning, and implementation of Microsoft Intune and Modern Workplace projects.
• You will develop the architecture and integrate hybrid Microsoft cloud environments (Entra, W365, AVD, M365, Intune, Config Manager).
• You will support and further develop existing infrastructures.
• You will take on technical project management, including coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
• You will support the creation of operating concepts, change processes, and the handover to support.

Profile

• Experience in project management and technical customer support
• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or system technology
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment, especially with Intune / Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, M365, W365, AVD
• Sound knowledge in hybrid scenarios (AD Connect, Autopilot, Group Policies, Conditional Access, Intune Tunnel, and AppProxy)
