Your Impact

You are part of a well-coordinated IT team and take responsibility for a stable, secure, and future-oriented system landscape:

• Co-responsibility for the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure in the Windows environment
• Operation and optimization of data centers
• Design, operation, and further development of a hybrid fat client architecture and Citrix Workplace applications
• Administration and further development of virtualization platforms (VMware and, prospectively, HPE VM Essentials or Proxmox)
• Co-design and implementation of IT security measures
• Leadership and implementation of IT infrastructure (sub-)projects
• Ensuring stable IT operations (2nd / 3rd Level Support)
• Technical consulting of internal stakeholders and coordination of external partners

What you bring

• Completed IT education (HF, FH or comparable)
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer in a Windows Enterprise environment
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server / Client, M365, SCCM, and Intune
• Experience with virtualization (VMware) and ideally Citrix
• Proxmox know-how is a plus
• Solid knowledge in IT security
• Experience in (sub-)project management is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with high personal responsibility and customer orientation
• Openness to new things and high willingness to learn
