Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of post-SSA certification experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience in all phases of object‑oriented software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large‑scale, business‑centric applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions utilizing PEGA
- Proficiency in application design, case design, data modeling, automating business rules, business policies, user experience, reporting, integration, architecture, administration, and security
- Familiarity with various technologies, including WebSphere or WebLogic
- Capability in application and case design
- Experience in data modeling and automating business rules/policies
- Knowledge of PEGA Architect and integration with customer technology tools
- PEGA Administration and Security experience
- Communication skills to convey information effectively to both technical and non‑technical personnel
- 4‑year college degree or equivalent technical experience
- PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing systems and user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes
- Collaborate under the guidance of the chief of the AOCs Information Technology Office (ITO) or designated representative
- Provide technical expertise to ITO and assigned units in developing solutions for business/system requirements
- Attain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability
- Develop and/or modify programs
- Conduct successful unit testing of developed solutions
- Create supportive documentation for system changes
- Engage with business analysts and users for system testing of programs
- Draft system requirements based on received business requirements
- Implement various functionalities, from crafting quality user experiences to managing complex case requirements
