Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of post-SSA certification experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• At least 5 years of experience in all phases of object‑oriented software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large‑scale, business‑centric applications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions utilizing PEGA
• Proficiency in application design, case design, data modeling, automating business rules, business policies, user experience, reporting, integration, architecture, administration, and security
• Familiarity with various technologies, including WebSphere or WebLogic
• Capability in application and case design
• Experience in data modeling and automating business rules/policies
• Knowledge of PEGA Architect and integration with customer technology tools
• PEGA Administration and Security experience
• Communication skills to convey information effectively to both technical and non‑technical personnel
• 4‑year college degree or equivalent technical experience
• PEGA Senior Systems Architect Certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes
• Collaborate under the guidance of the chief of the AOCs Information Technology Office (ITO) or designated representative
• Provide technical expertise to ITO and assigned units in developing solutions for business/system requirements
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability
• Develop and/or modify programs
• Conduct successful unit testing of developed solutions
• Create supportive documentation for system changes
• Engage with business analysts and users for system testing of programs
• Draft system requirements based on received business requirements
• Implement various functionalities, from crafting quality user experiences to managing complex case requirements
