Join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer !

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues, both in-person and remotely.
  • Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle including enrolment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
  • Design, build, and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using MDM tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity software (Microsoft 365, etc.), and other business-critical applications.
  • Deploy and manage software using deployment tools.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure a secure desktop environment.
  • Document all support tickets and solutions in our help desk system.
  • Manage printers, meeting room HW, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including tracking inventory and managing the lifecycle of hardware.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to infrastructure projects.
  • Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles to empower end-users.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a desktop support or IT help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Entra ID, Active Directory, and user account management.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel is a plus
