Senior System Engineer ERP (SAP) Products for Planning & Production

About the role:

As a Senior System Engineer ERP (SAP) Products for Planning & Production, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction, technical design, and implementation of ERP (SAP) solutions in the Planning & Production domain. Working closely with process owners, ERP leadership, and external partners, your contributions will ensure seamless operations and drive innovation within this critical area.

Your contribution:

• Define strategic direction, roadmap planning, and deployment for ERP (SAP) Products in Planning & Production
• Design technical solution architecture and align business requirements with the Global Process Owner and Domain System Architect
• Consult the business on process design and requirement definition
• Manage application lifecycle, changes, and compliance activities with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Lead governance processes to prioritize between business needs, technical organizations, and interface partners
• Drive IT transformation projects by leading (sub) work streams in collaboration with business leads

A good match:

• Relevant higher education with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field
• In-depth knowledge of integrated ERP (SAP) systems in Planning & Production; additional experience in other areas is a plus
• Experience in large-scale business transformations, ERP programs, and integration of third-party systems such as MES PAS-X or APS preferred
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry with familiarity in GxP and SOX regulations
• Proven expertise in ERP system implementations
• Fluency in German and English
