- The company is a fast‑growing MedTech scale‑up (~100 people, 60 in engineering) developing the next generation autonomous medical hardware.

What you’ll do
- Own the refinement of system and sub‑system requirements, define interfaces between functions, and ensure the product meets all relevant medical device standards.
- Work closely with testing, suppliers and manufacturers, taking ownership of the design and process improvements needed to make the device production‑ready.
- Lead fellow engineers through verification activities, troubleshoot issues at system level and realize full validation.
- The result: direct impact towards an improved healthcare, with products that actually save lives.
Your profile
Key
- 5+ years of experience as Mechanical, Robotics, or Systems Engineer
- Experience with (ownership) of the design to deployment phases of the development life cycle
- Strong prototyping capabilities (Python, Arduino or equivalent)
- Experience with structured testing, validation and reliability improvements
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or similar)
- A BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics or Biomedical Engineering
- Experience in a scaling, dynamic, high‑tech environment
- You're based in The Netherlands or relocation is already organized. Visa/work permit (extension) can be offered but not relocation
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience with 6DOF
- Experience with NPI / Go‑to‑Market
- Knowledge of medical devices domain (class II / III) and/or highly regulated environments

- A salary up to €85.000, including 8 % holiday allowance
