Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support hiring needs across North America and parts of Europe
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industries
• Proven experience recruiting for niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and related roles
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
