Responsibilities
- Support hiring needs across North America and parts of Europe
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industries
- Proven experience recruiting for niche technical roles, such as hardware and software engineers
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and related roles
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
