Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fully remote Human Resources team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at virtual career fairs and recruiting events. Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence. Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Foster diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical hiring (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity). Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in competitive markets. Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing platforms. Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring. Experience with employer branding and outreach initiatives is a plus. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in building our company's talented workforce.
