Job Description

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting high-caliber professionals to join Crowe. Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. Your success will hinge on your ability to identify, attract, and assess top talent while facilitating a smooth recruiting process. Showcasing strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and guiding their recruitment efforts is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and hard-to-fill technical positions, guiding candidates from the initial sourcing stage to the final offer.
  • Consult with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with their specific needs.
  • Stay attuned to the candidate market for specialized areas and continuously seek opportunities to evolve into a strategic talent advisor.
  • Leverage market intelligence tools, such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, to provide hiring managers with valuable insights on candidate trends, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Expand your network through industry contacts, associations, past candidates, and current employees, actively cultivating referrals.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract talent, employing various technologies and channels.
  • Maintain accurate data for real-time reporting on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Propose ideas for continuous recruitment process improvement.
  • Participate in special projects and task forces as assigned.
  • Exemplify Crowe’s core values and actively promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or relevant HR roles.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive, especially in response to changing market conditions.
  • Proven track record of acting as a trusted Talent Advisor and partner to business leaders to achieve shared goals.
  • Consultative approach towards clients with a history of building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and talent assessment skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.

Crowe is not sponsoring any work authorization at this time. Competitive salaries are based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $128,500.00 per year.
