Position Overview

Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 per year Location: Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway, Milton, ON L9T 8L1

Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruiting to support high-level staffing of our warehouse operation.
  • Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
  • Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
