Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 per year Location: Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway, Milton, ON L9T 8L1
Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruiting to support high-level staffing of our warehouse operation.
- Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
- Work with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function.
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
