About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Geneva. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top IT talent. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate’s experience in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies
• Proactively source candidates using various channels (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct interviews and provide structured evaluations and recommendations
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing and campus recruiting
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline
• Between 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an in-house environment
• Strong background in recruiting for the Swiss IT market and technical roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment strategies
• Fluent in English and French (verbally and written); German is a plus
