Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote Human Resources team. This critical role will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across various departments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, building robust candidate pipelines, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs. Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, is essential. You will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of talent market dynamics, effective interviewing techniques, and compensation benchmarking. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required. This is a remote-first position, demanding exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions independently. You must be adept at building rapport with candidates and stakeholders virtually and driving the recruitment process to successful completion. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior management. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. Extend offers of employment and negotiate terms with candidates. Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress. Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent acquisition. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. Proven success in sourcing passive candidates using various tools and techniques. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and EEO principles. Experience with major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting). Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with strong time management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
