You’ll recruit across multiple industries and job types (permanent, contract and independent contractors), partnering with senior-level local and international clients and delivering a professional, consultative service. You’ll be supported by an excellent admin and marketing team, have access to cutting-edge recruitment technology, and work alongside passionate, purpose-driven people. Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ recent experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in an agency environment
• International recruitment experience, working with offshore clients is preferable
• Strong track record managing a busy desk and earning commission
• Experience placing candidates up to C-suite level
• Confident in client engagement, business development and relationship management
• Experience servicing owner-founder SMEs
• Tech-savvy with hands-on ATS and CRM experience

Home Office Requirements

• Dedicated private home office
• Laptop no older than 3 years
• Backup power to work through load shedding
• SA citizen or valid work permit
