Together, we guide applicants through the entire recruiting process, advise our departments, and actively shape the further development of our colleagues. What to Expect
We are looking for you to temporarily strengthen our team for a parental leave replacement (2 years). In close exchange with our departments and managers, you will advise on suitable placements and actively shape recruiting decisions. Within the recruiting team, you will take on professional responsibility and support colleagues in day-to-day business as a point of contact. You will drive the further development of our recruiting and active sourcing strategies, as well as the exploration of new channels, together with us. Additionally, you will participate in HR projects and contribute your own focus areas – depending on your interests.
What You Bring
- You have completed a degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field – ideally with an HR focus.
- You have several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and have already managed recruiting processes independently.
- Ideally, you have initial experience in team leadership or in working within a recruiting team.
- You enjoy working with people, think proactively, and are passionate about shaping new paths in recruiting – including humor and team spirit.
