Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services
• Communicate directly with clients and build long-term relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85,000 – $125,000+ (based on experience)
• Performance and/or busy season bonuses
• Flexible work environment
• Opportunity for growth without “Big Firm” burnout

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role with standard hours for most of the year. During tax season, hours may increase (up to ~60/week), but we work hard to ensure a more balanced and flexible schedule outside of peak periods.
