About the Client

Our client, a high-profile NFP organization in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to join its team permanently.

Position Summary

  • Position reports to the Director.
  • Will be responsible for tax compliance and reporting for the non‑profit entities, with exposure to for‑profit affiliates, as well.

Requirements

  • BS in accounting (or related) required.
  • 5+ years relevant tax experience to include Form 990 preparation and related non‑profit filings (sales & use, business license renewals, and other).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation targeted @ $100K - $125K base (commensurate with experience) + bonus and excellent benefits.

Work Arrangement

  • Role is a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in‑office.
