Most people stay long term (20 years+). Schedules are flexible, allowing earlier or later start times as long as required hours are met. Time off is generous, sick days are not tightly policed, and the entire week of Thanksgiving is paid time off.

This firm expects people to leave at normal business hours. Partners want the office cleared by 5 pm. Evenings are for family, rest, and life outside of work.
