Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Manager

Overview

Seeking an experienced tax professional to support a diverse portfolio including real estate, private equity, trusts, and individual investments. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex tax matters and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, trust, and gift tax returns
• Manage tax compliance for partnerships, corporations, and individuals
• Project taxable income and quarterly estimates
• Oversee private equity tax reporting
• Coordinate with external advisors on filings and planning
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Handle tax notices and support special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Tax preferred)
• 7+ years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)
• Experience with partnerships, trusts, and real estate tax
• Supervisory experience required; CPA preferred
• Strong Excel and tax software skills (CCH Axcess a plus)
