We’ve built a strong foundation: a solid bookkeeping department, a great team, and a loyal base of business clients—primarily in the construction and real estate industries. Now, we’re ready for the next step.

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead and elevate our tax department.

This isn’t just another role. It’s an opportunity for someone who:

• Is currently at a larger firm and sees limited opportunity to become a partner
• Or someone who took the leap to start their own firm—but is finding the operational burden isn’t what they want long-term

If you love working with clients, leading people, and delivering high-level tax strategy—but don’t want to deal with the constant pressure of firm ownership or being stuck in a rigid hierarchy—this could be a great fit.
