Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of staff accountants.
• Deliver tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse range of clients.
• Engage regularly with business and community contacts to strengthen local market networks.
• Conduct timely evaluations and provide mentorship to staff accountants.
• Act as an approachable leader who fosters collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MST/MBT degree is a strong plus.
• Active CPA Certificate.
• 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience in a tax supervisory role.
• Proficient in utilizing firm technology to elevate client service.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve collective goals.
• Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $96,500 - $140,000
• Comprehensive benefits package.
