Role Overview
This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the Technology market. You will take full ownership of your desk—driving business development, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality candidates across niche tech verticals.
You’ll operate as a trusted partner to clients while building a strong candidate network, with full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role offers the autonomy to grow your market, supported by an established brand, leadership team, and clear progression into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and win new business within the Technology market
- Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
- Source, engage, and place high-caliber tech professionals
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement
- Negotiate terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates
- Maintain deep market knowledge and provide consultative insight
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (agency)
- Strong track record of billings in the Technology market
- Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset
- Confident in phone-based sales and closing deals
