About
Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma and Manufacturing sector.
Your tasks:
- Act as Tech Transfer Project Manager, being the primary contact linking the Global Process Owner, Sending Unit, and Brazil project teams
- Lead cross-functional teams of technical experts across multiple locations, ensuring resource alignment and project delivery
- Develop detailed activity plans and KPIs, and support integration of the overall project schedule with the execution strategy
- Organise regular project reviews, technical meetings, and schedule hands-on activities at the Receiving Unit
- Establish and maintain the project risk register and coordinate the development and tracking of mitigation plans
- Provide clear project reporting and escalate risks/issues to local/global leadership as required
Your experience/knowledge:
- BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related discipline
- Proven expertise in managing large, international projects and/or programmes, ideally in technical transfer
- Experience collaborating with external partners within regulatory frameworks
- Strong CMC/tech transfer experience, preferably with large molecules; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Project management certification preferred
- Language skills: fluency in English and French, Portuguese is a plus.
