The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust D365 solutions that meet our clients' complex business needs. You will play a critical role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation and requirements gathering to solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on D365 capabilities, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations modules.
  • Develop and document solution designs, including data models, integrations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Oversee the development and configuration of D365 environments.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's technical growth.
  • Stay abreast of the latest D365 updates, features, and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
  • Experience with D365 customization, configuration, and development tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, X++).
  • Strong understanding of Azure services and their integration with D365.
  • Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components.
  • Experience in specific industry verticals.
