Our client is on the hunt for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives in a tech-heavy environment and enjoys getting hands‑on with cutting‑edge solutions (yes, AI included).

You’ll be right at the centre of the action – translating business needs into technical brilliance, collaborating with engineers, unpacking APIs and integrations, and making sure everything actually works as intended.

Responsibilities

• Turning business ideas into clear user stories, use cases, and requirements
• Running engaging workshops that get stakeholders aligned and excited
• Working closely with developers and architects across the SDLC
• Diving into integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Testing solutions to ensure they deliver what they promise (and then some)

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with solid software development exposure
• A strong grasp of the SDLC and technical environments
• Confidence facilitating workshops and working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with testing and quality assurance practices
• Bonus points for AI, ML, or LLM exposure – curiosity counts!

The Good Stuff

• 100% Remote (work where you’re happiest)
• Long‑term contract role
• Up to R1.2 million CTC per annum (negotiable based on experience)
