Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst who is fluent in business, technology, and developer languages. This role involves transforming complex systems into clear, workable solutions and working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, including AI. You will be central to translating business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with engineers, analyzing APIs and integrations, and ensuring solutions function as intended.
Responsibilities
- Translate business ideas into clear user stories, use cases, and requirements.
- Run engaging workshops to align and excite stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers and architects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Analyze integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Test solutions to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid exposure to software development.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and technical environments.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance practices.
- Bonus points for exposure to AI, ML, or LLM.
