This role involves significant contributions to Streaming Fabric and SEQ technologies in the TestMAX family. You will analyze DFT workflows, debug logic issues, and develop C/C++ components for automation. Working with global teams, your hands-on approach will use AI to optimize debugging and data handling, reinforcing testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute across the DFT flow: RTL to logic simulation
• Analyze and debug DFT IP behavior effectively
• Enhance workflows for pattern generation performance
• Develop components in C/C++ for improved productivity
• Collaborate with multi-site teams and leverage AI tools

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Expertise in Verilog and C/C++ programming languages
• Strong DFT knowledge, including scan architectures
• Proven experience in debug logic simulation
• Analytical skills and experience with AI tools beneficial
