Senior Technical Product Manager Assistant Vice President

As a Technology Product Management Senior Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of new techniques and processes within the Technology Product Management function. Your role will involve integrating subject matter expertise, evaluating complex issues, and influencing decisions to add value to platform products. Your strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Own the working backwards documents for feature releases including Product release doc, Press Release, FAQs - Utilize research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand customer and business needs for platform products - Compare features for competitive review to prioritize within a product release - Identify innovations and conduct experiments to create features adding business and customer value - Contribute to customer research to inform platform product backlog priorities - Facilitate trade-off decisions on platform product features - Coordinate with interdependent teams and exhibit expertise within platform feature area - Monitor platform feature health and provide progress reports to stakeholders - Identify improvement opportunities and communicate with peers and stakeholders - Define business, customer, and platform use cases and requirements - Ensure features meet backlog entrance criteria and create user stories and system interaction diagrams - Host user story grooming sessions and inform design of user experience - Determine release targets, prioritize features, and monitor feature development - Review product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria - Prepare launches, monitor platform performance, and identify GTM plan for feature set - Assess risks in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

**Qualifications:** - 8+ years in a product development/product management environment - Hands-on experience in Agile methodology in Scrum master capacity - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, data-driven and results-oriented - Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services - Experience in leading infrastructure programs and working with third-party service providers - Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Education:** - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
