Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to scale our data solutions. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between the Operations team and engineering execution — translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, driving automation to minimize manual QA, and evaluating third-party tools and platforms that accelerate our solution process.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires deep domain expertise, a strong services mindset, and hands-on experience with data processing workflows, GenAI/LLM evaluation methodologies, and scalable quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for data and LLM solutions with prioritization, aligning with company strategy, market opportunities, and emerging trends in GenAI, evaluation, and AI safety.

• Review and analyze customer Statements of Work (SOWs) to extract technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones; proactively identify edge cases, ambiguities, and risks early in the engagement lifecycle.

• Translate business requirements into clear product and technical specifications, evaluation rubrics, and quality benchmarks in collaboration with presales, operations, and engineering teams.

• Research, evaluate, and benchmark open-source and third-party tools and platforms for data annotation, LLM evaluation, and related AI solutions with a structured evaluation framework (cost, scalability, API compatibility, security/compliance etc)

• Define and track key product and quality metrics (such as accuracy, latency, etc) in collaboration with the engineering team to measure delivery success and identify optimization opportunities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, presales, delivery, and operations teams to manage product releases, track delivery timelines, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers and escalations, and ensure on-time, high-quality project execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, with demonstrable ownership and end-to-end execution of data-intensive products.

• 7+ years of experience in a services-based company, with hands-on experience reviewing customer SOWs, managing product releases and SLAs, handling customer escalations, and interfacing with cross-functional teams.

• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, including prioritization frameworks, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning

• Strong understanding of crowdsourcing, data annotation workflows (text, image, audio, video), and quality assurance methodologies for training data.

• Demonstrated experience with GenAI/LLM technologies, including model selection, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, human feedback loops, and AI safety assessments.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing automation solutions that reduced manual QA effort by measurable margins.

• Hands-on experience evaluating, integrating, or managing open-source and third-party tools and platforms for data and AI solutions.

• Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using metrics to drive product and operational decisions

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex requirements into actionable technical work items.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to customers, engineering teams, cross-functional teams, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in healthcare or financial data services is a strong plus.

• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, or other data privacy and compliance frameworks is a strong plus.
