Job Description Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior Oracle EBS WMS Fulfillment and Inventory Management Architect to lead our efforts in defining strategies and overseeing the architecture, design governance, and delivery of Oracle WMS inbound distribution processes. This role will be pivotal in collaborating with Product Management to refine our vision into actionable requirements while ensuring alignment among stakeholders including Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, Developers, Operations, IT, and vendors. The ideal candidate will establish scalable and supportable solution patterns across the entire project lifecycle, enabling effective execution and consistent rollouts to various sites. • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather voice of the customer (VOC) requirements, refine them, and obtain valuable product feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features for major, complex products.

• Demonstrate a robust understanding of the technology stack and its impact on our final product.

• Work closely with UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to address various issues and make informed decisions.

• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to create detailed user personas.

• Utilize expert persuasion and influencing skills to ensure alignment among customers, product managers, and engineering teams.

• Manage the release and sprint backlogs, establishing a clear short-term roadmap for Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and quarterly releases.

• Continuously prioritize the backlog, ensuring that 1-2 sprints of backlog items are always prepared.

• Focus on customer problems and needs to adjust priorities accordingly.

• Exhibit strategic skills in problem decomposition and navigate through ambiguity effectively.

• Frequent collaboration with the development team (50% of the time) to facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and oversee story acceptance and refinement.

• Translate unstructured work requests into actionable user stories and tasks.

• Partner with Development Leadership to promote a healthy development process.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Offer technical guidance to Technical Product Managers across the organization and demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies.

Methodology: • Coach team members.

• Ensure the design and implementation of Oracle WMS software meet organizational standards.

• Define the overall architecture and conduct end-user training.

• Develop and execute test plans, including the management of CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.

• Define inventory, storage, fulfillment, and allocation solutions utilizing Oracle EBS.

• Train teams on facility configurations within WMS systems.

• Create WMS label printing and web reporting tools.

• Implement supply chain management solutions and assess the WMS application's impact on these processes.

• Support business process improvement initiatives.

• Assist with quarterly WMS system upgrades.

• Maintain documentation and support processes for operational audit controls.

• Manage new WMS site implementation projects independently.

• Oversee project budgets and effectively manage human capital and resources.

• Work on integrating WMS applications with ERP systems and prepare for future enhancements.

Minimum Qualification • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least 5 years of professional experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 8 years of professional experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing WMS functionalities.

• Note: Military experience is recognized as equivalent to professional experience.

Eligibility Requirement: • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this role.

Preferred Qualifications Technical Expertise: • 8+ years of experience in implementing various WMS functionalities such as Oracle Shipping, reservations, allocations, shipping documentation, replenishment, product receiving (PO/IB shipments), fulfillment, allocations, cross-docking, and labeling.

Business Acumen: • Shows initiative in exploring alternative technologies and methodologies to solve problems.

• Skilled at breaking down complex problems and documenting clear problem statements while estimating required efforts.

• Able to analyze the impact of technology choices on business processes.

• Experienced in negotiation skills to align stakeholders and communicate a unified perspective to the scrum team, balancing values for competing interests.

• Knowledgeable about the competitive landscape.

• Informed about market technologies to guide buy vs build recommendations and to drive decisions on market timing.

Additional Information: The base pay range for this position is $131,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 9th, 2026.
