Senior Technical Program Manager, Account and Device Integrity

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in diagnosing operational inefficiencies and architecting technical solutions to automate cross-departmental workflows.
• Proficiency in AI models, security technology or abuse prevention sectors.
• Ability to establish quantifiable milestones and utilize data-driven metrics to achieve long-term goals.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development- Lead the definition and delivery of program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), status updates, and key milestones.
