Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead customer retention across Amazon Music tiers and content types (ad‑supported Free tier, Prime, Unlimited, Podcasts, Audiobooks).
- Drive cross‑organizational initiatives and launch large‑scale, high‑impact product improvements.
- Influence internal and external cross‑functional stakeholders, design technical solutions, and lead end‑to‑end execution of customer‑facing projects.
- Continuously raise the bar for customers and deliver on ambitious roadmaps across Alexa experiences, visual clients, mobile, and web.
About the Team
- Focused on improving the customer experience for Free, Prime, and Unlimited listeners to drive retention and growth for Amazon Music overall.
- Own the podcast and audiobooks customer experiences across all tiers.
- Build systems that are distributed at large scale, spanning music apps, web player, and voice‑forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices.
- Amazon Music offerings are available in countries around the world, supporting our mission of delivering music to customers in new and exciting ways that enhance their day‑to‑day lives.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience building and evaluating system‑level technical design.
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
- Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range (USD annually):
- USA, CA, Culver City: $148,700 – $201,200
- USA, CA, San Francisco: $171,000 – $231,400
- USA, WA, Seattle: $148,700 – $201,200
- Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
