You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, including software developers, engineers, designers, and QA professionals. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on technical projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various technology stacks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Ability to effectively manage risk and ambiguity.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.

Location

  • On‑site position located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
