Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced product environment. This role requires strong technical depth, disciplined execution, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects across engineering and product teams
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans
• Drive execution cadence, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with engineering teams to manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture discussions
• Work closely with frontend, backend, QA, and design teams across the full SDLC
• Translate technical designs and system architecture into actionable plans
• Establish and improve delivery processes and mechanisms
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership (VP+)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program / Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering complex software or platform initiatives
• Strong understanding of:
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — including coordination across frontend, backend, QA, and design teams
  • Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
  • Distributed systems and modern application architectures
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to technical design / system architecture discussions
• Solid experience with AWS cloud environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (High Priority)

• Experience working in FAANG or similar high-scale tech environments (strong preference)
• Technical background (ex-developer, engineer, or strong technical depth as TPM)
• Exposure to code reviews, engineering best practices, or system-level decision making
• Experience working with:
  • Backend, frontend, platform, and DevOps teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent
