About the Role

This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position. We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you’re currently running a 360 desk and want to grow it within a global brand with strong support, we’d love to speak with you.

Responsibilities

  • Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across the Tech space
  • Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management
  • Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the market, advising clients and candidates alike
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Currently in a 360 role in agency
  • Currently specialising in the Tech sector
  • Currently responsible for new business development
  • 2+ years’ experience in a 360-recruitment agency role (essential)
  • Current experience recruiting within Tech (preferred)
  • A track record of billing and building client relationships.
  • Confidence in business development and client conversations.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
