The Opportunity

This is a high-impact Technical Recruiter role, sitting at the heart of the company’s growth. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for Engineering and Product across London and Paris; partnering closely with leadership to deliver against ambitious hiring goals.

You won’t just fill roles; you’ll shape how technical hiring is done; from strategy and tooling through to candidate experience and process optimisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own full-cycle hiring for technical roles; from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
  • Build and execute proactive talent strategies across Engineering and Product
  • Partner closely with hiring managers; shaping briefs, calibrating profiles, and driving decisions
  • Develop high-quality candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and networks
  • Manage and optimise external partners and agencies where needed
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process
  • Track and improve hiring performance using data and insights
  • Build and nurture the technical talent brand and network; always be recruiting

What they’re looking for

  • 4+ years in technical recruitment; ideally within a fast-paced start-up, scale-up, or agency environment
  • Proven track record hiring engineers and technical talent at pace
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and market dynamics
  • Experience with modern hiring tools
  • High ownership mindset; organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French
