As we enter a rapid growth phase, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead complex, full-cycle hiring across deeply technical roles while also supporting key business and operational functions. This individual will play a foundational role in building the team that builds the platform.

This is not a high-volume transactional recruiting role — it requires precision, technical fluency, and the ability to close highly sought-after talent in competitive markets.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting Leadership

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for complex technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner directly with founders and senior leadership to scope roles, define competencies, and calibrate talent expectations.
  • Build structured, repeatable hiring processes in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Deep Technical Search Execution

  • Lead recruiting efforts across highly specialized domains such as:
    • HPC systems engineering
    • Distributed systems & low‑latency infrastructure
    • GPU/accelerator architecture
    • Cloud platform engineering
    • Network engineering & high‑throughput systems
    • Performance optimization & systems‑level development
  • Translate advanced technical requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
  • Develop proactive pipelines in niche, highly competitive talent markets.

Broader Organizational Hiring

  • Support recruitment for critical non‑technical functions including operations, finance, people, go‑to‑market, and leadership roles.
  • Balance a meaningful requisition load across both technical and business functions.

Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Advise leadership on talent market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Implement data‑informed sourcing strategies and optimize pipeline health.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives appropriate for a stealth or low‑visibility environment.

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

  • Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience aligned with senior‑level and specialized hiring.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving alignment, feedback discipline, and efficient decision‑making.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with significant exposure to technical recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for complex infrastructure, systems, or HPC‑related roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, technical communities, direct outreach).
  • Ability to understand and converse credibly about distributed systems, compute infrastructure, or related technologies.
  • Experience operating in fast‑growth, high‑ambiguity environments.

Preferred

  • Prior experience recruiting for HPC, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, semiconductors, or deep‑tech startups.
  • Experience building recruiting processes in early‑stage companies.
  • Comfort supporting executive or highly specialized hiring.
