Our client is a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the rapidly evolving fields of Crypto & Blockchain and Web3 technologies. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our fully remote team. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of clients within the decentralized space.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing and assessing candidates with specialized skills in blockchain development, smart contracts, cryptography, dApps, and other emerging technologies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and developing search strategies to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. This is a remote‑first position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office, with the opportunity to connect with a global network of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with clients to understand their technical hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates with expertise in blockchain, Web3, and related emerging technologies.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and networking events, to build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct in‑depth phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, providing guidance and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing of candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the talent acquisition space.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the blockchain and Web3 sectors.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and employer branding initiatives.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for niche technical roles, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industries.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, and related concepts.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Location

We are headquartered in Minna, Niger, NG, but this position is fully remote.
