Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in Cloud & Infrastructure roles. This position is based in Kaduna, Kaduna, NG, offering a flexible hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in‑office collaboration with remote work convenience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, cybersecurity, and system administration. You will leverage your extensive network, creative sourcing strategies, and consultative approach to connect exceptional candidates with challenging opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on cloud engineering, DevOps, network administration, system architecture, and related positions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct in‑depth candidate screening and technical assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that resonate with top technical talent.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the closing process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies in the cloud and infrastructure space.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide excellent candidate experience, ensuring a professional and timely communication process.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters on technical sourcing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and related domains.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Network Architects, System Administrators, and Security Analysts.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of technical concepts related to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, containerization, CI/CD, and network technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
