Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy based in Richmond, Virginia, US, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on executive-level placements within the technology sector. This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for critical leadership and specialized technical positions for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the technology landscape, extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, and exceptional networking and candidate assessment skills. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs and defining job specifications to sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting in-depth interviews, and managing the offer negotiation process. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, utilizing advanced sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry-specific platforms), and conducting thorough technical and behavioral interviews. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is essential. You should be adept at assessing candidate fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment within client organizations. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architecture) is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an agency or executive search environment, is required. Key Responsibilities
