Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in high-level placements, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter for their **Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG** office. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent for our diverse client base across various industries, including technology, finance, and engineering. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and executive-level positions, focusing on roles requiring deep technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the tech community, exceptional candidate engagement skills, and a proven track record in executive search.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior technical and executive-level positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using various channels, including professional networks, databases, and social media. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with accurate information about roles, companies, and career progression. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles and insights. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting and executive search. Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's recruitment methodologies and employer branding initiatives. Mentor and coach junior members of the recruitment team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a significant focus on executive search and placing senior-level candidates. Proven success in sourcing and attracting talent for hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, AI/ML). Expertise in using various recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques. Excellent understanding of the technology landscape and various technical disciplines. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within a recruitment agency or consultancy is highly preferred. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS). This is a strategic role for a seasoned recruiter who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations.
