Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech innovator based in **Aba, Abia, NG**, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to fuel the company's ambitious growth plans.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, and product managers. Your core duties will involve developing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, conducting thorough pre-screening interviews and assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

This position requires a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape and the specific technical skill sets required for success in this industry. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes. Crafting compelling job descriptions and outreach messages to attract passive candidates will be a key responsibility. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of dedicated technical recruiting experience, preferably within the FinTech or technology sector. Proven success in sourcing and hiring for complex technical roles (e.g., backend developers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists). Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to assess technical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a hybrid or remote team setting.
