About the role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in high-growth technology sectors, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to connect top technology talent with innovative fintech companies globally. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for challenging technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. This involves developing effective sourcing strategies, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, conducting in-depth interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, etc.), and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You will work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines. This role requires a proactive, organized, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be instrumental in helping our clients build their high-performing teams and advance their business objectives.

Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within the fintech industry. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering and technology talent. Conduct thorough candidate screening and technical assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights. Effectively negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process. Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to optimize the sourcing and tracking of candidates. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community building. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs in a remote setting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a specialization in the fintech sector or high-growth technology companies. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for niche technical roles (e.g., Python developers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts). Expertise in using various recruitment platforms and ATS systems. Excellent understanding of technical terminology and ability to assess technical skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to excel in your role from the comfort of your home office and contribute to the success of our global clients.
