  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates across diverse technical fields (e.g., IT, Engineering, Data Science, Finance).
  • Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized job boards, to source and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Provide expert market insights and data‑driven recommendations to clients regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices within the consultancy.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or executive search firm.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
  • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively assess technical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, results‑oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility with both clients and candidates.
