Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote talent acquisition team. This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top‑tier technical talent to meet the company's growing needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, various programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to screening, interviewing, and extending offers. This is a remote‑first position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners. Your responsibilities will include developing creative sourcing strategies, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and potential hires.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, QA).
- In-depth knowledge of various technologies, programming languages, and IT concepts.
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
