Our client, a prestigious Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their bustling team. This role is based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA, and will focus on sourcing and placing top IT talent across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from initial client consultation and job brief understanding to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs, and providing expert market insights.
• Leveraging a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including advanced LinkedIn searches, technical job boards, networking events, and referral programs, to identify high-caliber IT professionals.
• Conducting in-depth technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Developing and nurturing a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Advising clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective recruitment strategies.
• Achieving ambitious placement targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical recruitment.
• Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience within a recruitment agency setting is highly preferred.
