Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote Opportunities

Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy specializing in technology placements, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a flexible work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional office presence for collaborative sessions and team building. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-demand technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and organizational culture, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier engineering, software development, and IT talent, and conducting in-depth technical interviews and assessments. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, managing candidate relationships, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting. A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in complex technical roles, coupled with strong negotiation and communication skills, is essential. Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is also required.
