Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving critical hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the tech landscape, a proven ability to identify and engage top talent, and exceptional skills in building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will leverage a variety of sourcing tools and strategies to build robust talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, database searches, and social media engagement.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure data integrity.
  • Extend competitive offers and skillfully negotiate compensation and benefits to secure top talent.
  • Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in virtual career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters or talent acquisition specialists as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a cohesive talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technology professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for niche or specialized technical roles.
  • Proficiency with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche job boards).
  • Experience managing and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent understanding of the technology industry and various technical roles.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a remote-first organization is a plus.
