Our client, a rapidly expanding global technology services company, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to spearhead their remote talent acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. Your expertise in the tech landscape and exceptional candidate engagement skills will be paramount to our success.
This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and more. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including advanced Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates for hard-to-fill roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track progress. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at virtual career fairs and events. Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best practices in technical recruiting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success. Extensive knowledge of various technical domains (e.g., software development, data science, cloud, cybersecurity). Proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers. Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a remote recruiting role is highly desirable.
